Hear your Autoclave’s Status through Verbal Step by Step Instructions

An exciting new feature in the MLS autoclave series is voice notification of the system’s process.  The user is notified each step of the cycle through a pre-recorded voice message, allowing the end user to hear exactly how the machine is working as it is happening from across the room.

With over 90 programmed commands, the system lets you know what it’s doing every step of the way from “power on” to “please set sterilization temperature” to “please set the drying time.” This technology is intuitive and allows the customer to feel confident their product is performing at the highest sterilization level. The voice commands make autoclaving easy to use, reliable and accountable.  It works with you to schedule current and future sterilization programs and notifies you when a part needs to be replaced or checked.

The voice guidance can be set to two modes- standard or warning. Standard mode directs safe use of the product, precautions and everyday operating instructions. It is a verbal checklist of the day to day operational cycle. This can be changed to warning mode which only alerts you if there is a potential problem with performing a function, such as the cover is open or there is not enough water in the device.
