The self-contained, top-loading autoclave is available in 50-liter (Model MLS-3750) and 75-liter (Model MLS-3780) capacities.

Ideal for culture media preparation and labware and waste sterilization, the high-capacity autoclave provides a safe, reliable sterilizing function in a low-profile design for easy loading and unloading. The MLS-Series’ spacing-saving design and ergonomic features, including easy-movement casters, allow for trouble-free maneuverability from one lab to another.

Microprocessor controls assure accurate temperature control with one-touch operation.

• Pre-programmed functions offer flexibility in ramp up, dwell, ramp down and cool-off protocols.
• Energy-saving design decreases operating costs.
• Double safety interlocks include temperature/pressure sensors that control the chamber and open/close lever, prohibiting opening until temperature and pressure levels are safe.
• Swing-top lid opens chamber to 100 percent access; eliminates side space requirement.
• The 75-liter autoclave offers the same footprint as the 50-liter model.
• Chamber access is only 25.3” (641mm) from the floor (50 liter model), permitting easy loading of sterilizing basket.
• The 14.5” (37cm) diameter-wide chamber provides ample capacity, fitting up to four 1000ml flasks into one sterilizing basket.
• The 50-liter model can accommodate two sterilizing baskets, while the 75-liter model can hold up to three baskets.
• Baskets are included.
• Exhaust valve release temperature can be set for automatic release after completion of sterilizing cycle.
