Model MCO-18M Tri-Gas Incubator, marketed as part of the convenience minded Personal Series™ to ultimately save space, time, and money for the end user, is available with SafeCell™ UV technology as an option to preventatively protect in vitro cell cultures from contamination without culturing downtime.

The SafeCell™ UV integrated contamination control technique is effective against airborne organisms including mycoplasma, bacteria, molds, yeasts, spores and fungi, as well as thermophilic and hyperthermophilic contaminants that can survive high-heat decontamination cycles.  SANYO exclusive copper-enriched inCU saFE™ stainless steel interior surfaces are germicidally resistant to contact contamination and spills for additional preventative contamination control.

Solid state infrared(IR) CO2 and Zirconia O2 sensors are integrated with a first of it’s kind P.I.D./R™ Sensor Control algorithm to recover the chamber CO2 and O2 environment at lightning fast speeds after door openings.
