SANYO Introduces New Line of Value-Based Laboratory Refrigerators and Freezers

(Bensenville, Illinois, USA; Osaka, Japan) SANYO Commercial Solutions, SANYO Biomedical division, has introduced a new line of value-based refrigerators and freezers developed for general purpose applications in clinical, life science and industrial laboratories. Marketed as the SANYO SR-Series, the product line includes both 23 cu.ft. (single door) and 49 cu.ft. (double door) models with stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces, microprocessor controls and digital temperature displays, available with solid or glass doors.
The SR-Series is directed toward the budget-conscious market, yet offers a robust cabinet construction, full-feature laboratory conveniences, and sophisticated operating systems. Typical applications include general storage and chromatography or other refrigerated protocols for short-term and long-term storage of biologicals, reagents and other temperature-sensitive materials.
