(Bensenville, Illinois, USA NOVEMBER 8, 2005) SANYO Commercial Solutions, SANYO Biomedical division, has introduced an integrated product support and customer service program designed to assure uptime and optimal performance of SANYO refrigerated laboratory products used in life science, pharma, clinical and industrial applications.
Marketed as SANYO Connect™, the program is designed to enhance the consultative relationship between SANYO and its customers through independent service suppliers and sales representatives on the front line of customer service throughout the United States. SANYO Connect™ comprises a complete portfolio of services which are offered to customers in flexible and scalable configurations to meet their needs
